Sarah is a freelance writer and speaker specialising in health, fitness and beauty topics.  She is available to write for the media, corporate sector (including public relations) and other publications, and to speak at conferences, functions and seminars.

She has contributed health articles to This is a war, a site dedicated to suicide prevention and self-help. She has been a guest blogger for Alive Berry, an online health magazine and Wellspring, the Endeavour College of Natural Health’s online magazine.
